When someone has done what we neither expected nor wanted them to do , our attachment to our expectation causes us to be hurt. The hurt imagined or not , causes mistrust to arise within us. To free ourselves from habitual mistrust of others , we have to become aware that it's our response that contains the hurt , and not the other person's behavior that causes the hurt. Realize- it is not what you say , it is what I do with what you say or do that makes me feel this way .
Any mischief may occur in misunderstanding the fact also

ReplyDeleteyou always hurt the one you love, well, we fell hurt mostly when we expect something from our dear ones n in return dont get that... in that sense u r right i suppose, that "its our response that contains the hurt".....not the other way !!!

so the moral of the story is expect the unexpected ..be prepared for any kinda eventuality and never take anything or anyone for granted ..accept disappointments as an integral part of the game and march ahead taking things in ur stride ...easier said than done i know ,,lol
