Power of thoughts !

Thoughts have great power, they are like seeds you plant in your mind.

The more you hold onto a particular thought, the more power you invest in it. Positive thoughts give us energy and strength. Negative thoughts rob us of power and make us feel tired and strained.

We are by nature positive. Negativity is the result of faulty thinking. You can change if you want to. You can't control other people, situation or circumstances, but you can control what is going on inside you. It takes time to change and transform those old patterns of thinking.

Be patient with yourself.

well said zeal ..as the adage goes ,,as u sow so u reap ,,this implies with our thoughts too .nature is too kind with all of us ,but unfortunately not every one is adept with the thought management ..we ask it funny things ,lol
i go in tandem with ur views which states ,positive thoughts energises us while the negative ones enervates ..
finally i would like to emphasise the imperitiveness of wisdom to intelligence ..i found that not all intelligent people are wise ...jai hind

  6. Dr.Divya, it is very inspiring but difficult to follow. Maharshi Patanjali, in his yogasutra, has indivated how to do it- अभ्यासेन वैराग्येण च, means by practice (here continuous practice) and by detachment.
Very inspiring post. Thanks for writing such things on blog.

  10. In my comment there is a typographical mistake. You are therefore requested to
    read "indicated" for "indivated".

    Sorry for inconvenience.
