Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder.

Things are either allowed or disallowed. We must not allow others to poison our minds. We have our own intellect and experiences to know and understand others. Why to rely on others?

It is said that beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. When we find someone kind and modest, then it is our own virtue that sees the other person as good. It depends on ourselves what we want to see. When we are focused on others virtues then we start sending positive vibes to him, which connects us . While looking for vices makes us too negative and the negative vibes hinders in establishing a healthy relationship between the two.

An ant is tiny beside an elephant but as soon as an ant enters the ear of an elephant it goes crazy . The elephant’s ears are so big, the elephant itself is so big and yet a tiny ant makes it go wild. In the same way, if I allow the slightest defamation of anyone go through my ears, I lose all my spirituality. I lose all my value because I start interacting with others on the basis of what I have heard about them. Pay attention to this! We have to be very, very selective in what we allow to enter our ears. Let me learn to see only virtues and specialties. Let me not concentrate on anyone’s weaknesses.

Thanks.

  1. very nice Dr.Divya,an awesome article. It is fact if we see the world by the colourful eyes ,we will see the things coloured.so it's depend upon us what we see.rather than to see other's black n white.

  2. yes ,virtues should be molded into the excellence by a good admirer........it's upon his/her pure soul and dedication ,how it will be done....

if any faults then it should be told in a way that it is removed .........

the question of co-existence exists because no one is perfect ..it is our will to move towards excellence and also make others follow towards the excellence.....we should praise goodness ...and take a non-biased decision ...

  6. Thanks Zeal , for so long I have missed something equally valuable. Yes, it is the virtues that triumph at the end. Also we virtually remember all the great souls, for their quality of head and heart and the contribution they have made to the society at large.Good looks at the most could be soney pe suhaga but of course, virtue is the real Gold. You are right , as we should concentrate only on our own weaknesses and not other's.

  9. It is said that there is only one complex. And that is inferiority complex!

If I were alone, there would be no comparison, I could live as I wished. But, as the number increases (dwaitwad or anant wad) problems increase manifold, or / rather one is subjected to many tests and trials in one's life, and has to deal with different situations, willingly or unwillingly... For which, every time one has to use one's intellect, which obviously is dependent on many factors, of birth and education, etc,,, and perhaps 'luck' too...

As per Hindu belief, however, in essence, considering all aspects, Yogis recommended one to surrender all one's actions in 'Krishna' and live life like a spectator of a drama that one 'enjoys' despite the hero being subjected to a grand variety of emotions, ups and downs - but eventually turning out successful at the end (thanks to the story writer ?! )

  10. People use us as waste bins when we allow them to do so .Trash will only pollute us ,contaminate our souls .
    लेकिन लोग हैं कि निंदा रस का जायका लेना नहीं भूलते -कुछ तो अपना कान ही स्थाई तौर पर औरों को सौंप देतें हैं .

  13. I disagree totally and absolutely. Our ears have been designed not to close. Our eyes have been designed to close.
It will be against nature to do what you suggest.
