Manmohan Method:

Rahul Method:

The lion roars. Ask him to join farmville 2 and offer a cozy hut, daily healthy food, a pink dress with cute decorations every festive season. Lion dies of shock.

Abhijit Mukherjee Method:

The lion roars. Call him a painted rat who is not aware of real lionhood. The lion dies being stuck by intolerable stupidity.

Akbaruddin Owaisi Method:

The lion roars. Brag that you're such a human who can knock him down in 5secs if the cage is removed. Lion dies of excessive laughter causing multiple organ failure.

Mohan Bhagwat Method:

The lion roars. Tell him that lions only roar in jungles, but not in jungles. Ask him to get out of jungle and come to jungle and to learn sanskar. The lion dies of confusion.

Asaram Bapu Method:
The lion roars. Tell him 'Hello bhaiya'. The lion dies of unbearable humiliation and degradation of his species.

Why is India still a Developing Country ?

The Ant works hard in the withering heat all summer building its house and laying up supplies for the winter.
The Grasshopper thinks the Ant is a fool and laughs & dances & plays the summer away.
Come winter, the Ant is warm and well fed. The Grasshopper has no food or shelter so he dies out i
n the cold.
Indian Version:

Come winter, the shivering Grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the Ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving.
NDTV, BBC, CNN show up to provide pictures of the shivering Grasshopper next to a video of the Ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food.
The World is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be that this poor Grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?
Arundhati Roy stages a demonstration in front of the Ant's house.
Medha Patkar goes on a fast along with other Grasshoppers demanding that Grasshoppers be relocated to warmer climates during winter .
Mayawati states this as `injustice' done on Minorities.
Amnesty International and Koffi Annan criticize the Indian Government for not upholding the fundamental rights of the Grasshopper.
The Internet is flooded with online petitions seeking support to the Grasshopper (many promising Heaven and Everlasting Peace for prompt support as against the wrath of God for non-compliance) .
Opposition MPs stage a walkout. Left parties call for 'Bengal Bandh' in West Bengal and Kerala demanding a Judicial Enquiry.
CPM in Kerala immediately passes a law preventing Ants from working hard in the heat so as to bring about equality of poverty among Ants and Grasshoppers.
Lalu Prasad allocates one free coach to Grasshoppers on all Indian Railway Trains, aptly named as the 'Grasshopper Rath'.
Finally, the Judicial Committee drafts the ' Prevention of Terrorism Against Grasshoppers Act' [POTAGA], with effect from the beginning of the winter.
Arjun Singh makes 'Special Reservation ' for Grasshoppers in Educational Institutions & in Government Services.
The Ant is fined for failing to comply with POTAGA and having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes,it's home is confiscated by the Government and handed over to the Grasshopper in a ceremony covered by NDTV.
Arundhati Roy calls it ' A Triumph of Justice'.
Lalu calls it 'Socialistic Justice '.
CPM calls it the ' Revolutionary Resurgence of the Downtrodden '
Koffi Annan invites the Grasshopper to address the UN General Assembly.
Many years later...
The Ant has since migrated to the US set up a multi-billion dollar company in Silicon Valley,
100s of Grasshoppers still die of starvation despite reservation somewhere in India,
..AND
As a result of loosing lot of hard working Ants and feeding the grasshoppers,
.
.
India is still a developing country !!!

Hats off to Ratan Tata

Ratan Tata’s humane gestures (in the aftermath of 26/11)


Kasab is hanged, everyone's happy. Some people are praising Pranabda for this, while some the UPA governance.
Now that everyone's happy lets go back to November 2008,Hotel Taj when

& where this happened, and meet a real hero, Sir.Ratan Tata.

While many of you'll would've read it at other places, i thought, its important to share this again to Salute him once again.

Following is what Mr.Tata did to those who worked in the Taj hotel,vendors who ran various stalls around the hotel.

1. All category of employees including those who had completed even 1 day as casuals were treated on duty during the time the hotel was closed.
2. Relief and assistance to all those who were injured and killed
3. The relief and assistance was extended to all those who died at the railway station, surroundings including the “Pav-Bhaji” vendor and the pan shop owners.
4. During the time the hotel was closed, the salaries were sent by money order.
5. A psychiatric cell was established in collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Sciences to counsel those who needed such help.
6. The thoughts and anxieties going on people’s mind was constantly tracked and where needed psychological help provided.
7. Employee outreach centers were opened where all help, food, water, sanitation, first aid and counseling was provided. 1600 employees were covered by this facility.
8. Every employee was assigned to one mentor and it was that person’s responsibility to act as a “single window” clearance for any help that the person required.
9. Ratan Tata personally visited the families of all the 80 employees who in some manner – either through injury or getting killed – were affected.
10. The dependents of the employees were flown from outside Mumbai to Mumbai and taken care off in terms of ensuring mental assurance and peace. They were all accommodated in Hotel President for 3 weeks.
11. Ratan Tata himself asked the families and dependents – as to what they wanted him to do.
12. In a record time of 20 days, a new trust was created by the Tatas for the purpose of relief of employees.
13. What is unique is that even the other people, the railway employees, the police staff, the pedestrians who had nothing to do with Tatas were covered by compensation. Each one of them was provided subsistence allowance of Rs. 10K per month for all these people for 6 months.
14. A 4 year old granddaughter of a vendor got 4 bullets in her and only one was removed in the Government hospital. She was taken to Bombay hospital and several lacs were spent by the Tatas on her to fully recover her.
15. New hand carts were provided to several vendors who lost their carts.
16. Tata will take responsibility of life education of 46 children of the victims of the terror.
17. This was the most trying period in the life of the organization. Senior managers including Ratan Tata were visiting funeral to funeral over the 3 days that were most horrible.
18. The settlement for every deceased member ranged from Rs. 36 to 85 lacs [One lakh rupees tranlates to approx 2200 US $ ] in addition to the following benefits:
a. Full last salary for life for the family and dependents;
b. Complete responsibility of education of children and dependents – anywhere in the world.
c. Full Medical facility for the whole family and dependents for rest of their life.
d. All loans and advances were waived off – irrespective of the amount.
e. Counselor for life for each person.

Hindus are not aggressive people

The problem with India in general and Hindus in particular is that we, effectively, are not aggressive people; in fact we are not even assertive.

Our Bodhisattvas, Tirthankaras, Shankarachaaryas, numerous saints and bhaktimargi religious icons have led us to be evolved into a nation of people who flinch at the mere mention of being assertive and recoil with horror(both innate as well as presumed) at the prospect of being aggressive.

The end result of this pacifism in our modern history:

1. The most unfortunate and tragic event- the partition of India that is Bhaarata.

2. Invasion of Kashmir in 1948 resulting in loss of thousands of squares km of our strategic territory as well as tragic death of thousands of our people and soldiers.

3. Himalayan blunder of surrendering "imperial British advantages" in Tibet to China in 1950 resulting in absolute chinese control of Tibet by 1955 and India having a border with China which we never had! The next consequence: the humiliation of 1962.

4. The perpetual insurgency in our north-east since the 1950s...do we care to solve it!

5. 1965 and 1971 wars with Pakistan and not resolving the Kashmir problem in-spite of having their good chunk of territories and 93000 pakistani PoWs, not to mention the sad loss of our own brave soldiers.

6. Kashmir imbroglio since the 1980s.....do i need to elaborate any further!

7. Naxalism since the 1990s which has engulfed more than one third of our nation, in fact our rule does not extend there in that Indian territory!

8. Unabated and festering infiltration from Bangladesh skewing the democracy in favour of anti-national elements and depriving our own citizens of a right to live,earn and thrive peacefully.

9. Rise from near 5% to about 15% of our population of those very people who truncated this ancient country into three sparring and warring nations. Unfortunately those elements are even more radicalised and militant with the catalysm as well as aid of petro-dirhams and oil-riyals along-with information technology of the 21st century;all put together inspiring and guiding them to make India that is Bhaarata a medieval nation of their choice and command!

10. Tolerating or even encouraging ethno-linguistic regionalism and sub-nationalism in the name of decentralisation, 'dis'unity-in-diversity and short-term-gain myopic please all, but, save-one's-own-assets policies!

My dear Indians! Dear Hindus! Assert yourselves. If needed adopt an aggressive posture. To be frank I have no animosity for the minorities; but they must earn the goodwill and benevolence of the majority. India is a tolerant and kind country for many millenia not because of some recent constitution or lately imported misplaced european ideas but owing to its rich inheritance,resilient and long history and glorious heritage.

And its the responsibility of all of us to not abuse it and molest it. In fact i am seeing routine rape of it being committed in the name of equality,freedom,democracy and secularism!

We should shun such attitude and behaviour which is actually pretentious calm and delusional magnanimity. To be politely impertinent, its taken as timidity and cowardice!

Remember friends adrenaline and testosterone are not just for thrills and pleasure! They are for defense and procreation as well, we need to use them in this way too. We need to be proud,dynamic,yet cautious, strong,vibrant, yet steadfast,resolute and of course yes: ASSERTIVE as well as AGGRESSIVE.

Shame on Indian Media??? Really what a shame... 

By the time u guys read this news, the body of Major Manish Pitambare, who was shot dead at Anantnag, would have been cremated with full military honors. 

On Tuesday, this news swept across all the news channels 'Sanjay Dutt relieved by court'. 'Sirf Munna not a bhai' '13 saal ka vanvaas khatam' 'although found guilty for possession of armory, Sanjay can breath sigh of relief as all the TADA charges against him are withdrawn' Then many personalities like Salman Khan said 'He is a good person. We knew he will come out clean'. Mr Big B said "Dutt's family and our family have relations for years he's a good kid. He is like elder brother to Abhishek". His sister Priya Dutt said "we can sleep well tonight. It's a great relief"

In other news, Parliament was mad at Indian team for performing bad; Greg Chappell said something; Shah Rukh Khan replaces Amitabh in KBC and other such stuff. But most of the emphasis was given on Sanjay Dutt's "phoenix like" comeback from the ashes of terrorist charges.

Surfing through the channels, one news on BBC startled me. It read "Hisbul Mujahidin's most wanted terrorist 'Sohel Faisal' killed in A nantnag , India .. Indian Major leading the operation lost his life in the process. Four others are injured. 

It was past midnight , I started visiting the stupid Indian channels, but Sanjay Dutt was still ruling. They were telling how Sanjay pleaded to the court saying 'I'm the sole bread earner for my family', 'I have a daughter who is studying in US' and so on. Then they showed how Sanjay was not wearing his lucky blue shirt while he was hearing the verdict and also how he went to every temple and prayed for the last few months. A suspect in Mumbai bomb blasts, convicted under armory act...was being transformed into a hero.

Sure Sanjay Dutt has a daughter; Sure he did not do any terrorist activity. Possessing an AK47 is considered too elementary in terrorist community and also one who possesses an AK47 has a right to possess a pistol so that again is not such a big crime; Sure Sanjay Dutt went to all the temples;
Sure he did a lot of Gandhigiri but then.......... .. 

Major Manish H Pitambare got the information from his sources about the terrorists' whereabouts. Wasting no time he attacked the camp, killed Hisbul Mujahidin's supremo and in the process lost his life to the bullets fired from an AK47. He is survived by a wife and daughter (just like Sanjay Dutt) who's only 18 months old. 

Major Manish never said 'I have a daughter' before he took the decision to attack the terrorists in the darkest of nights. He never thought about having a family and he being the bread earner. 

No news channel covered this since they were too busy hyping a former drug addict, a suspect who's linked to bomb blasts which killed hundreds. Their aim was to show how he defied the TADA charges and they were so successful that his conviction in possession of armory had no meaning. They also concluded that his parents in heaven must be happy and proud of him. 

Parents of Major Manish are still living and they have to live rest of their lives without their beloved son. His daughter won't ever see her daddy again.

So guys, please forward this message around so that the media knows which news to give importance, as it is a shame for us since this Army Major's death news was given by a foreign TV channel!!!

    I am absolutely clear in my concept of a Guru as well as that used to be in
    Hinduism. But the Shloka: “Gurur bramha; Gurur vishnuh;Gururdevo
    Maheshwarah: Gurussakshat Param bramha; tasmai sree gurave namah” is now been grossly misused by most of the ‘Gurus’of present day, who are not even fit to be called Guru in the spirit of Hinduism.
    
    As a matter of fact they are acting as divisive forces to protect their respective sects, and the wealth amassed through disciples or otherwise. They are greedy and possessed by most of the vices associated with common people.
    

    
    Most of them are not or even learned either. In their knowledge and spiritualism also they are limited. These types have been misusing the aforesaid shloka to glorify themselves. Even their common general knowledge is below average.
    
    A real guru is one who not only has spiritual knowledge but is a divine, self-realized person who lives by the principles of spirituality and who with his selfless life, is actively engaged in spreading the true knowledge-the knowledge of God or self realization, but where are such Gurus today?
    
    Such gurus were sage Vasishtha, Valmiki, Agasthya, Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Swamy Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Gautama Buddha, Sri Shankaracharya...who never raised their personal sects, celebrated their birthdays, and visited USA during summers to collect dollars as Guru Dakshina. Today most of the Gurus have usurped upon land in the heart of commercial cities for building Ashrams where they live a luxurious life and some of them a licentious life.
    
    The present day Gurus are a blot and curse on Hindu society and do not let it politically unite. To be in line with ruling political party, most of them pose ‘secular’ to get more clientage.
    
    Hinduism is still alive today because of the work done by ancient great gurus in the past and NOT by present parasites who have simply donned Gurudom upon them.
    
    Even our scriptures have depicted that one Guru may not have all the specialized knowledge under the Sun. Thus an inquisitive disciple may have several Gurus to guide him on different subjects. Sage Dattatrya had two dozen Gurus to pick up one trait from each. This was true in the past and is more relevant today.
